Down with the Sickness

Yes, yes...down with the sickness. I've been sick since late Monday night, well technically Tuesday morning, but I knew Monday night that I was going to get sick. I could feel it. So that has not been very fun...I'm better now than I was a couple days ago, but still not exactly loving life.

I'm glad that it's Thanksgiving Break and I can happily sit on my ass without worries of what homework is due tomorrow, or later this week. Although I have a 10-page paper due in Critical Theory in, like, two weeks...and THAT has me quite worried.

Leading into Thanksgiving Break, I was busy as could be imaginable. I had to shoot a middle school mock trial award ceremony on Friday night, then Saturday I attended an Insane Clown Posse concert that I really wish I hadn't gone to. Sunday, I shot a girls' basketball game, which was actually somewhat enjoyable cuz the end of the game was exciting.

Tuesday morning, along with the other girl who shot the game, I edited the footage into a highlights package for the first Amy Stephens' Show of the season which will be taped this coming Monday morning - which reminds me, I need to find out if there is an 8AM call time or not.

My uncle's been living with us for about two weeks now, I believe. He and his wife are in the process of getting divorced and he needs a place to stay, so my mom (as always...with Jeff, with Frankie, with whoever needs a home) said he could stay. He's kind of down-in-the-mouth about the whole situation, as would anybody I suppose, but he's doin' aight and I'm glad he's here.

Jen is currently back out in California with Jeff...I think she'll be back in a few days? Not sure. But then she goes back at Christmas time and then they come back here, together, from Dec. 30th to Jan. 3rd. She'll stay and then he has to leave for a "world tour" on the big boat of doom, lol. It'll be good to see him again, though, I'm hyped about it.

I'm listening to Eminem's Encore which is a pretty kick-ass album. It's grown on me.

I have DVDs to watch still, too. Specifically, Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2 and Walking Tall. We spent $18 at the video store Wednesday night, cuz we had a $20 gift card from last Christmas, lol.

I'm worried about my GPA this semester... =o\ Crap crap crap crap. Crap.

I still have a major e-crush on this girl... ::sigh:: And I have a kinda/sorta/but not really crush on this girl I go to school with. I hate chicks... ::kills them all to death:: I hate 'em all, but God damnit, if I could get myself one, I'd be a happy camper.

At least for a couple weeks, until they dump me. =o)

Man, I've always wanted an entertaining blog...but I usually just do these bitchfest "here's what I did, then I did this, then this"-style posts. Oh yeah, and Dan's Re:Evolution won the Faction Wars Championship. How sad. =o( Greg was supposed to beat him...Hell, I was supposed to beat him...of course, because of TNA's Victory Road, Patrick was supposed to beat him! Whores! We're all whores!

Greg and I are seriously considering getting into wrestling roleplaying again. Frankie and Anthony both said they'd be down to do it, too, so we're looking for somewhere to join as a stable. Whenever I get to talking about RPing, I reminisce and miss the shit out of it, it was so fun...but then afterwards, I'm like "No way I'm doing it again, I'm done." Haha. So I dunno what's gonna happen, we'll see.

My mom's boyfriend is having a poker party tonight. Ugh. I'm thirsty. And this entry sucks. Enjoy! =o)
